Each time you save the planner, a new unique key is generated to access your files. This key uses signed URLs, providing temporary access to your media for only 60 minutes. While this method greatly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, it is important to note that the files could be accessed if someone obtained the unique URL during the access window.
We use industry-leading encryption and security practices to protect your data, ensuring it remains as secure as possible. However, we are not responsible for any lost files or lost information.
Caption Creator Data Handling and Privacy
Data Collection: We collect user inputs (text, ideas, prompts) when using the Caption Creator. These inputs are processed by OpenAI’s Chat GPT technology to generate captions.
Data Storage and Protection: User inputs and generated captions are stored securely in our database and protected against unauthorized access. Measures are in place to ensure the privacy and security of user data.
Data Sharing: We may share user inputs with OpenAI as necessary for the operation of the Caption Creator. OpenAI’s usage policies and guidelines apply to the handling of this data.
